In the pleasant weather of autumn in October, it is the perfect time for project construction. The Panjin Huajin Amei Fine Chemicals and Raw Materials Project continued its operations without interruption during this \"golden period\"; over 10,000 workers remained at the construction site, working tirelessly to accelerate the project’s progress. With full enthusiasm and a practical attitude, they presented a generous gift for the 76th anniversary of New China. Entering the 8.97-square-kilometer site of the Huajin AAME fine chemicals and raw materials project, one can hear the roar of machinery and see sparks flying; cranes with their long arms are in constant motion, construction vehicles move back and forth, and workers carry out their tasks, creating a busy and dynamic atmosphere at the construction site. As a key project in our province, since the project commenced construction in March 2023, Huajin AAME Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and tens of thousands of builders from the participating companies have worked hard to overcome various challenges, thereby making one significant progress after another in the high-quality and efficient advancement of the project. At present, the key phases of the project, such as the construction of the main steel structures, equipment installation, and welding of process pipelines, have gradually entered the final stages. Among them, significant progress has been made in the construction of public supporting facilities. Terminals 306 and 307 have been officially put into use, and the connection to the dedicated railway line was completed successfully, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent transportation of raw materials and logistics support for the project. Meanwhile, the pipeline pressure testing for the main unit is progressing smoothly, and the auxiliary facilities that were put into use earlier are entering the final stages of completion. The goal of starting up the power station has become one of the key tasks at present. To ensure that the project is delivered on schedule according to the established timeline, during the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays, all project personnel will remain at the construction site, strictly implementing the system of leadership oversight and duty shifts. The project owner further exercises its management functions, relying on a coordination and support mechanism of \"daily tracking, weekly scheduling, and monthly oversight\" to coordinate all participating units, promptly resolve various challenges that arise during construction, and provide comprehensive construction management services for on-site work. Next, the project team will focus on the overall goal of ensuring the proper operation of auxiliary facilities and power stations, as well as meeting high standards for the main equipment. They will continue to optimize the construction plans, seize favorable opportunities for construction, and through efficient management and thorough execution, accelerate the progress of the project. This will ensure that the project is completed to high standards and quality, thereby injecting new momentum into the development of the regional fine chemical industry.
