To improve the efficiency of pipeline pressure testing, accelerate the testing process, ensure the efficient flow of equipment and materials used for testing, and reduce costs, the pressure testing container system was developed. From the perspective of simplifying on-site use and facilitating transportation, the pressure testing standard container is designed as a dual-container setup, namely: one workstation container and one equipment container. The advantage of using containers for pressure testing is that the workstation container can be transported to the testing site; the pressure testing pump is connected to the connection ports of the small testing apparatus via high-pressure rubber hoses and quick connectors. A pressure gauge is installed at the pressure gauge port, while the testing ports of the testing apparatus are connected to the actual testing unit through rubber hoses and quick connectors. Once water has been filled in, the pressure testing process can begin.
The use of equipment boxes is guided by the principles of ease of retrieval, cost-effectiveness, simplicity, efficiency, and reusability. A record-keeping system is established for the blind plates inside the equipment boxes, which are retrieved, used, and recycled as needed.

Case: The pressure testing container invented by Sinopec 10th Construction Company was first used in the pipeline pressure testing for the Gulei Petrochemical Project, with good results. After further refinement, it is now ready to be sent to the next project for use.
Recently, various companies have been selling their unused containers in the maritime market; they are in high demand and can definitely be sold at a high price.
This is a trend: temporary facilities are being made permanent, while permanent facilities can be made mobile, which allows for quick maintenance work to be carried out
The company’s leadership has a strong awareness of this aspect
