When selecting a supervisor through bidding, the client tried to save money, only to end up with a weak-willed supervisor who was not only unprofessional but also failed to uphold any principles; he turned a blind eye to the quality of the work. What can be done in such a situation?
The letter was sent, and the supervisor was also met with; I myself stated that I would make active efforts to improve, but there has been very little actual action taken. After talking with the supervision company, it was learned that they also employ a contracting system internally: the chief supervisor bids to undertake the task, and then hires people to form the supervision team, taking full responsibility for both profits and losses. After talking to the director personally, I found that the contracting costs are very high; as a result, people who are old, weak, sick, or disabled, as well as those without the necessary supervision qualifications, have to be used just to fill the quota.
At the core of it is the developer’s desire to save money, which led them to choose a supervision firm that is not qualified to carry out the work.
That means the developer manages it themselves; the supervision fees paid by the developer are only used for stamping.
The construction party itself has to step up its management. Saving money always comes at a cost; the progress of construction is less important. Focus first on ensuring safety to avoid any accidents. It would be troublesome if I really ended up in prison.
