Do air separation copper alloy heat exchangers require circulating water cleaning for film formation?

During the initial commissioning of a coal chemical plant, the entire circulating water system requires water flushing, cleaning, and pre-coating of its pipelines. Since the circulating water heat exchangers in the air separation unit are made of copper alloy, I would like to ask: do these heat exchangers also undergo flushing, cleaning, and pre-coating as part of the process for the circulating water pipelines? The new heat exchanger does not need to be connected to the piping network before pre-film formation, and the pre-film effect of the copper heat exchanger does not need to be considered during this process.
