On July 7, Jilin Fuel Ethanol Company held a mobilization meeting for the \"100-Day Campaign\" to achieve ultra-low emissions from boilers, outlining the tasks required to complete the project, uniting all those involved in its implementation, and making efforts to ensure that the project is completed on schedule. At the meeting, the \"100-Day Campaign Plan for Ultra-Low Emission Projects\" was presented, setting clear key milestones for completion by September 30 and commissioning by October 10. Twenty-five specific safeguard measures were carefully outlined in seven areas: organizational coordination, progress control, investment management, safety assurance, quality supervision, fulfillment of responsibilities, and ethical conduct in business operations. The ultra-low emissions project for boilers is an inevitable choice to implement **environmental protection policies and meet the safety and environmental requirements set by higher authorities; it is also an urgent need for the survival and development of the enterprise itself. As the company’s largest one-time investment in nearly a decade, it is of utmost importance to ensure its successful completion. It is understood that since the official commencement of this project on May 20, it has overcome various challenges such as tight approval timelines, short design cycles, long equipment procurement periods, restrictions on funding disbursements, and limited space for construction work; as a result, the project progress has been steady and positive. As of now, all 98 manhole piles for the 3 boilers have been completed, the equipment foundations have been largely poured, and the steel structures have begun to arrive for installation. The drawings for the custom equipment of Boilers No. 1 and No. 2 have all been prepared, and their production is underway at full speed. The project progress is generally under control. During the \"100-Day Campaign,\" the company will focus its efforts on the renovation of Furnace No. 2, keeping in mind the two key milestones of completion by September 30 and commissioning by October 10. It will take extraordinary measures, define clear timelines, procedures, deadlines, and progress requirements, and adopt a strategy of tracking progress through visual aids, working backward from the deadline, and pushing tasks forward. The company will always bear in mind the principle that \"progress at any cost or progress with quality defects is unacceptable,\" in order to ensure safety at the site and for the workers. To ensure project quality, a lifelong responsibility for project quality is established, and mechanisms such as management of construction processes and techniques sowie ongoing inspection and acceptance are strengthened to guarantee that the quality of the actual project is under control.
