At 9:58 a.m. on August 1, long banners fluttered in the wind and festive firecrackers rang out loudly. Following the command given by the crane operator, the first concrete precast column for the air separation unit of the methanol plant at the Zhuozheng project of HuiNeng Holding Group was successfully lifted into place – this column was 33.77 meters tall and weighed 78 tons. For the lifting of these precast columns, a 500-ton crawler crane is used as the main lifting device, with the assistance of a 260-ton crawler crane; these columns are characterized by their large size, heavy weight, and high requirements for installation accuracy. To ensure the smooth completion of the lifting operation, the methanol production plant, the Safety Management Department, LiuHuaJian, and the supervision unit carried out meticulous organization and scientific planning. They held multiple special coordination meetings, strictly adhered to the principle of \"planning first and thorough briefing\", assigned responsibilities to specific individuals, and exercised strict control over all safety aspects ； Technicians closely monitor each construction step and strictly control key quality indicators to ensure the smooth completion of the prefabricated columns’ lifting operation.
