Dear experts, is a shell and tube heat exchanger considered a pressure vessel?
Pressure vessels must meet three conditions: the maximum operating pressure must be greater than 0.1 Mpa; the maximum operating temperature must be equal to or higher than the standard boiling point; and the volume must be 0.025 m3 or more, or the inner diameter must be 0.15 m or more
