Both the Building Law and the Administrative Provisions on the Approval of Construction Projects stipulate that before resuming construction, the project owner must apply to the construction administration department of the people’s government at the county level or above where the project is located, in accordance with relevant regulations, to obtain a construction permit. Materials to be provided by the construction contractor1. General construction contract ; 2. Notice of Award ; 3. Construction organization design ; 4. List of sub-projects with high risk ; 5. Explanation regarding the construction site being in suitable conditions for work ; 6. Commitment Letter for Lifelong Responsibility for Project Quality (Person in Charge of the Construction Project) ; 7. Power of attorney from the legal representative (to authorize the project leader). III. Materials to be provided by the supervision unit 1. Supervision contract ; 2. Commitment Letter for Lifelong Responsibility for Project Quality (Project Supervisor) ; 3. Power of attorney from the legal representative (to authorize the person in charge of the supervision project). IV. Materials to be provided by the design unit 1. Notice of winning the design bid ; 2. Design contract ; 3. Commitment Letter for Lifelong Responsibility for Project Quality (Project Design Leader) ; 4. Power of attorney from the legal representative (to authorize the person in charge of the design project). V. Materials to be provided by the survey unit 1. Award notice ; 2. Survey Contract ; 3. Commitment Letter for Lifelong Responsibility for Project Quality (Person in Charge of Survey Project) ; 4. Power of attorney from the legal representative (to authorize the person in charge of the survey project).
