How are generators used at petrochemical sites grounded?

There are 200KW gas generator sets on site currently, and the output wires consist only of the three phases A, B, C and the neutral wire N. Is this because it was not specified during procurement that the PE wire should also be led out from the generator’s neutral point, or is it simply not possible to lead out a PE wire from the generator’s neutral point?
The generator serves as the power source, and it does not have a PE wire of its own; the output wires are ABCN

The generator does not have a five-core outlet; it only has three phases, as well as the live wire and the neutral wire. The PE wire can be connected to the distribution panel.
