The installation work for Section A of the plant area for the Phase II project of Hubei Nanlian New Materials Co., Ltd. was successfully completed. Recently, the installation work for Section A of this plant area, which is part of the fine chemicals project in Phase II, was successfully finished by China National Chemical Sixth Construction Engineering Corporation’s Wuhan Branch. The Hubei Nanlian Fine Chemicals Project (Phase II) has a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan and covers an area of about 200 mu. This project forms an industrial chain with Shanshui Chemicals and Sanning Chemicals; its main products include p-xylene, m-xylene, photoinitiators, anhydrides, and polyimides. The successful implementation of this project has not only spurred rapid development in the field of fine chemicals within the Yaojiagang Chemical Industrial Park, but it has also attracted enterprises from upstream and downstream sectors to settle in Zhijiang, thereby forming a cluster of petrochemical and fine chemical industries. This is of great significance for promoting the economic and social development of the Zhijiang area.
