On October 19, the first piece of equipment at the Inner Mongolia Rongxin Chemical Engineering Project – the jacketed water-frame heat exchanger – was successfully lifted into place in one go, marking a new phase in the project’s development as equipment installation begins. The jacketed water-frame heat exchanger is 6.29 meters long, 1.47 meters wide, 4.556 meters high, and has a net weight of 22.57 tons. To ensure the successful completion of this installation task, the project team made thorough preparations in advance, organizing the technical team to conduct multiple rounds of evaluations of the equipment installation plan in order to clarify the construction procedures, technical standards, and key points for safety control ； Before lifting, the project team’s technical personnel implement the lifting plan, conduct strict inspection and control over the equipment upon its arrival at the site, set up warning barriers, and only proceed with the lifting once everything is confirmed to be in order ； During the lifting process, the construction team strictly adhered to the relevant specifications. Given the large size of the equipment and the high requirements for installation accuracy, they used specialized lifting equipment and precise measurement tools to closely monitor key aspects such as the positioning of the equipment and the alignment of its connections, thereby ensuring its safe and efficient installation. The successful installation of this jacketed water-frame heat exchanger not only creates favorable conditions for subsequent tasks such as the connection of process pipelines and system commissioning, but also further accelerates the overall progress of the project.
