This torch is an emergency torch, equipped with four permanent lights in total. The third permanent light has been sealed off with a blind flange; the second permanent light has been lit. When attempting to light the fourth permanent light as well, it was observed that in addition to the flames from the fourth and second permanent lights, there were many other flames as well, giving the impression that the top of the torch was burning like a permanent light. Upon checking the ground, it was found that all the fuel gas line valves, except those for the second and fourth permanent lights, were in the closed state. At that time, the torch was also not emitting exhaust gases. The fourth eternal flame was turned off; 2 minutes later, only the flame of the second eternal flame remained on the torch, while the other flames disappeared. Is there any internal leakage in the fuel gas line valve?
The ignition tube lights the pilot flame, and the flame detection device monitors the burning signal of the pilot flame; during this time the ignition tube is burning. Once it is detected that the pilot flame is burning properly, the solenoid valve of the ignition tube closes. There is still residual gas in the pipeline that continues to burn, and once that residual gas is exhausted, only the pilot flame remains burning.
I need your torch process flow diagram. Is there a situation where multiple valves are controlled together? If not, consider whether there is internal leakage in the valves
