Is it necessary to build a solid wall around the LNG tank farm? This wall has a somewhat indescribable feel – can ventilation fans be installed on it to improve air circulation?

There’s no such requirement, right? Generally, to facilitate management, a fence is installed to separate the area in front of the factory, or the office area, from the production area. But a railing style can be used. :o
Refer to the Code for Fire Protection Design of Oil and Gas Engineering GB 50183: Fire dikes and protective walls shall be constructed from non-combustible materials, and must be dense, airtight, and leak-free.
It’s essential to have one; without it, approval cannot be obtained. In the event of a leak, as well as during normal rainy days, all rainwater must be directed into the rainwater collection system and then into the wastewater treatment system, where it must be treated before it can be discharged!
Single-volume tanks must be equipped with protective dikes! Double-volume tanks and full-volume tanks can be omitted
