Disposal of laboratory waste

Hello everyone, the samples analyzed in the company’s laboratory were in liquid form at the time of analysis. The analyzed waste liquid is stored in tanks; however, due to the effects of temperature and time, it can aggregate and turn into a colloidal state, making it very difficult to recycle it for use in the production process. Do any of you have any good solutions? Thank you!

It can be stored in categories, but the key issue is that self-aggregation still occurs even when stored in categories, and once self-aggregation takes place, it becomes impossible to deal with it. So now, before the samples undergo self-polymerization and become liquid, they are sent back to the production equipment.
Is there any way to first carry out degradation, neutralization, or some other form of simple treatment before self-polymerization occurs, during storage?
Try not to store it; return the material after analysis and handle it promptly. If chemical treatment is used, it is necessary to consider whether the composition has changed and whether it can be returned to the device for reuse.
