According to the requirements set by Haichuan Station, the division leader can receive up to 25% of this amount, while deputy super moderators, moderators, and team members can each get more than 50%: Leader: 2317 [calculated at 35%]; Two deputy super moderators: 993 each [calculated at 30% in total, i.e., 1986]; One outstanding administrator, one outstanding moderator, and one technician: 200 each (totaling 600); Good moderators and technicians: 50 each (totaling 500; these are determined based on the top 5 moderators and technicians as listed by the deputy super moderators); Petrochemical weekly reports (20 for each of the two deputy super moderators): 40 in total. The remaining 1157 is allocated for funds related to monthly activities, rewards for improving management, and special incentives for moderators during the leader’s inspections.
