It has shortcomings such as cumbersome processes, many side reactions, and residual copper ions affecting product purity. Compared with traditional copper-based catalysts, the precious metal catalyst independently developed by the company has outstanding advantages in the synthesis of rubber antioxidants. The catalytic activity and selectivity are greatly improved, effectively reducing reaction pressure and improving the intrinsic safety level of production from the source. At the same time, the catalyst has a long service life, effectively inhibits the occurrence of ketone-to-alcohol side reactions, significantly reduces the unit consumption of raw materials, eliminates the problem of metal ion residues, and ensures that the product purity reaches the standard.
