Who has the operating procedures for the drying system of the n-butane isomerization unit, as well as methods for dealing with common problems? Send it to me; preferably, the actual method of handling it. Thank you!
Drying system: It is powered by a nitrogen compressor, and drying is carried out through heating; the temperature rise is controlled at 25–30°/h until a constant temperature of 270°C is reached at the outlet of the dryer. The water content is reduced to below 50PPm, after which the temperature is lowered to 100°C.
Is your n-butane isomerization unit based on a UOP process package or one from the French company AXENS?
