At around 3:40 p.m. on October 3, 2025, a severe fire broke out at a cotton textile factory located on Tianmu Mountain Road in Yishui County, Linyi, Shandong Province. The fire was intense, with thick smoke rising into the sky; dense black smoke mixed with bright red flames to form large plumes of smoke. Firefighters have arrived at the scene and are working hard to carry out rescue efforts. As of now, there are no reports of people trapped or casualties; the details regarding the fire shall be based on official announcements.
On October 3rd, I traveled from Mengshan to Yishui, planning to go to the Underground Grand Canyon the next day. I happened to pass by that factory; thick smoke was coming out of it, and the smoke spread far away.
