It’s likely that the laboratory failed to analyze the raw materials accurately; the incoming materials were mixed and not analyzed properly. We faced the same issue here before as well – the water removed by the coalescer contained acidity.
First, determine where the raw materials come from – whether they are purchased externally or produced within the factory. If they are purchased externally, what are the upstream facilities that supply them?
The process is fine; we need to look into the issue with the raw materials (conduct tests). Of course, water is the main culprit
