What are the effects of voltage fluctuations in the refrigeration compressors of the alkylation unit on the reaction and distillation units, and how should this be addressed?
It’s the refrigeration compressor in the alkylation unit that shuts down due to power fluctuations; does anyone know how to fix this?
Have other devices stopped? If it has not stopped, first cut off the feed, then maintain the isobutane circulation. Once the pressures in the reactor and related systems are stabilized, start the centrifugal refrigeration compressor. Allow acid-hydrocarbon emulsification to occur, and once the coolant is functioning properly, resume feeding. If the reactor and other equipment have also stopped, close the acid settling valves for both the acid settling tank and the reactor, cut off the feed, resolve any electrical issues, then restart the reactor. After that, establish the isobutane circulation and proceed with operations according to the steps above
