The control pressure in the crude and refined styrene columns of the styrene distillation unit is 12 kPaA; the daily production is 230 tons of styrene and about 5 tons of tar. And b950 additive was added at 90 kilograms per day, along with a small amount of recycled DNBP. It seems that the amount of fresh DNBP used recently has been quite high; around 450 kg of this additive with a concentration of 50% is consumed per day. I was wondering if there are similar companies that can tell me how much auxiliary agents they consume. It would be great to compare the usage amounts to find out the reason; thank you so much.
The consumption of 0.4 tons of styrene polymerization inhibitor is considerable; since it was felt that too much DNBP was being used, the tar reflux ratio was increased.
