I use back-extraction oil for the deep desulfurization of liquefied gas to stabilize gasoline; the concentration of the alkaline solution drops rapidly, and the alkaline solution filters get clogged frequently, resulting in a large amount of waste alkaline water! Is it related to the presence of hydrogen sulfide, high total sulfur content, and gums in stabilized gasoline?

There is pre-alkaline washing ahead, so no hydrogen sulfide gets into the desulfurization alcohol system!
It should have nothing to do with reverse extraction of oil; even if the oil obtained through reverse extraction isn’t hydrogenated naphtha, the alkaline solution contains disulfides. What ultimately happens is that the total sulfur content becomes unacceptable. The rapid decrease in the concentration of the alkaline solution is mainly due to high hydrogen sulfide levels after desulfurization. The reaction that produces sodium thiosulfate causes a permanent drop in the alkaline solution’s concentration, and this concentration cannot be restored. Has the hydrogen sulfide content been tested? If you can’t get the hydrogen sulfide past, it means the regeneration effect of your alkaline solution is not good enough...
