Can the amine-poor liquid resulting from the regeneration of the sulfur unit be heat-exchanged with crude oil under reduced and atmospheric pressure at 100°C, to achieve a temperature of 30°C? Can these two fluids be exchanged for heat? What are the requirements for crude oil heat exchangers in atmospheric and vacuum distillation? Please give some advice
