I would like to ask the experts about the high-density polyethylene products produced in full-density polyethylene plants. What is the difference from the products of high-density polyethylene plants?
Full-density polyethylene that can be produced using the Unipol process; it has a slightly wider density range of 0.91–0.97 g/cm3, and its melt index ranges from 0.01 to 200 g/10 min, enabling the production of polyethylene products for various applications. HDPE is used to produce products with a density >0.93 g/cm3, and it is mostly manufactured using the slurry method.
