Is the vinyl acetylene and alkynes produced as by-products of steam cracking during pyrolysis separated during the butadiene extraction process, or are they subjected to pre-hydrogenation before entering downstream units? I’m trying to find out how to meet the performance requirements for the MTBE/1-butene unit, but I haven’t been able to locate any relevant information after searching for a long time; I hope experts can help me figure this out. . .
