The NCMA decarburization process from Nanhua Institute is used, with a decarburizing agent concentration of 45% and an absorption temperature of around 43°C. However, the circulation rate has now more than doubled, yet carbon dioxide levels still exceed the specified limits
It may be due to a decline in the performance of the decarburizing agent or abnormal operation of the absorption tower. Check the quality of the decarburizing agent to determine if it is contaminated or aged, and also inspect whether the packing inside the absorption tower is clogged and whether the operating parameters are correct. Once the problems are identified, take appropriate action to address them. .
