Faced with the huge potential of the high-melting fiber material market, Huabei Petrochemical completed the trial production of such materials for the first time in February this year, and the product quality met all the requirements of downstream users. On this basis, the company completed the one-time conversion to PP-HY0370 on May 7. It is reported that the production of high-melting polypropylene fiber materials requires extremely high standards regarding the purity of raw materials, reaction conditions, and process control. The company adheres strictly to the requirements of the quality management system, exercising strict control over all stages including raw material procurement, production and processing, and finished product inspection. It also carries out top-level maintenance on the polypropylene granulation unit to ensure the safety and stability of the entire manufacturing process, with all product qualities meeting the standards set for release.
