The intelligent warehousing system for the laboratory at this center consists of two modules: reagent storage and sample retention management. By implementing digital control throughout the entire process, it significantly enhances management efficiency. In terms of reagent storage management, a digital identity system of \"one code per item, one storage location per item\" is established for each bottle of reagent, enabling automatic recording upon storage, accurate retrieval via scanning, real-time tracking of consumption levels, and comprehensive control over the entire process. In terms of sample retention management, a sample retention management system has been successfully integrated, enabling full-cycle quality tracking through the deep integration of Internet of Things technology and quality management. To meet the requirements for sample retention for 114 products and 54 raw materials, technical staff worked together with manufacturers to develop an intelligent sample retention system. Data such as retention periods, sampling locations, and personnel responsible for sealing samples were incorporated into this system, enabling the consolidation of key data, intelligent expiration alerts, and integration of quality processes. Sample retention management and monitoring covered raw materials, finished products, and key export samples, satisfying the traceability requirements of quality systems and effectively improving work efficiency.
