On December 11, the Sino-Korean Petrochemical Intelligent Polyolefin Plant project passed the acceptance review by the group company. This project leverages artificial intelligence technology to enhance polyolefin production, achieving significant results in quality control, efficiency improvement, and energy conservation. This project innovatively adopts a hybrid prediction model of \"mechanism + AI\", achieving a prediction accuracy for key indicators of over 96% ； By applying the standardization procedure for grade switching and the “Three Agents” management APP, the time required for a single grade switch in the plant is significantly reduced, thereby minimizing the generation of transition material ； By optimizing 263 PID (system controller) control loops and developing an online optimization module for key variables, the energy consumption of the equipment has been continuously reduced, resulting in significant savings in nitrogen usage and electricity consumption. In addition, this project also achieves full visibility of the production process, automatic cost calculation, and improved efficiency in the simulation design of new products. Currently, relevant technologies have been applied in Sinopec Refining & Chemicals, providing solutions for intelligent transformation.
