Everyone pays attention to safety and everyone will conduct emergency investigation and rectification of hidden risks. -------------------------------------------------- As of now, Zhenhai Refining and Chemical's 400,000 tons/year acrylonitrile unit has been operating safely for one anniversary since it was put into operation. Each system is operating smoothly and key parameters continue to be optimized. This marks a leap from following in the industrial application of my country's large-scale acrylonitrile complete set of technology to independent innovation and leading the industry. This device is the largest single acrylonitrile device in the world. It is the first time in the world to realize the industrial application of a large-scale acrylonitrile complete technology package of 400,000 tons/year. It will complete full gradient and strict calibration in October 2025, and the material and energy consumption will be significantly reduced compared to the design value. In the past year since it was put into operation, the device technology research team has promoted device optimization, cost reduction and efficiency improvement. In terms of energy saving and consumption reduction, a cooling water recycling project has been launched, and a cascade water reuse system within the device has been constructed to achieve closed-loop and efficient utilization of water resources, with significant water saving benefits. In terms of technical research, the innovative batch-based differentiated incineration control strategy breaks through the low-load operation limitations and provides solid support for the stable operation of the device.
