The motor of one pump vibrates severely; it can be felt clearly by hand. Both the amplitude of 106 um and the vibration speed of 62 mm/s exceed the limits, but the acceleration of 1.3 mm/s2 is within the limit. The motor speed is 1440. Since it is currently running, it’s not possible to stop it for inspection. Could you help determine what might be the cause?

There are no issues; the vibration of the bearing housing is normal. Everything was working fine before the routine inspection; it suddenly stopped working like this.
The problem is that it can be quite large on the water pump side.
Vibration displacement specifically reflects the size of the gap, vibration velocity reflects the amount of energy, and vibration acceleration reflects the magnitude of the impact force. It can also be considered that, in the low-frequency range, the vibration intensity is proportional to the displacement ; In the medium-frequency range, the vibration intensity is proportional to the velocity ; In the high-frequency range, the vibration intensity is proportional to the acceleration.
If it is a pin coupling, you can stop and check the pin and shaft hole of the coupling
Apart from the vibration condition, what about the temperature of the bearing shells? It can be roughly measured using an infrared thermometer.
