The newly installed set of outlet pipelines for the screw compressor experiences severe vibration, which is suspected to be caused by turbulence of the gas inside the pipes. Is there any good solution?
It is possible to check and adjust the installation method of the pipelines to ensure that they are properly supported and fixed, thereby reducing the hanging length. Add dampers to the pipeline or use seismic hangers to absorb vibrations. At the same time, check whether the flow rate is too high; reduce the gas flow rate appropriately to avoid turbulence. Finally, silencers or expansion joints can also be added to the system to reduce noise and vibration. .
