Now I want to choose a centrifuge. The production conditions are as follows: the raw materials are saturated sea salt and water, with a salt content of about 40% and a water content of about 60%. The mixture is first filtered through a sieve, after which the water content is around 10%. (This step can also be omitted, depending on whether a centrifuge is needed.) Next, the material is fed into the centrifuge; it is required that the water content after separation be between 3% and 3.5%. The output per hour in terms of salt produced after centrifugation should be around 60 tons, with the density of the salt being 2 tons per cubic meter. Could everyone help recommend a centrifuge? Thank you. Please share your past experiences. A centrifuge with a rotation speed of 800 r/min to 1000 r/min is sufficient; higher speeds are not necessary, and lower speeds don’t allow for thorough separation. Thank you
