How to install the crosshead of a reciprocating compressor from the viewing window position. (The problem I’m facing now is: after installing both the upper and lower slides, it’s not possible to install them on the slide track properly.) ； Only install the lower shoe on the crosshead and lower it into the slide; tilt the crosshead slightly before installing the upper shoe, only to find that the upper shoe cannot fit into the slide. ）
Once the crosshead has the right amount, it can be installed. Do not sell in bulk.

It’s all installed as a whole; installing it in pieces is more difficult. The gaps here are usually in the range of several dozen microns. Once it’s placed in place, it can be rotated to get inside – it’s very easy. Check the dimensions of the sliding shoe to see if there are any deviations

Remove one slider, insert it into the cavity and connect it to the piston rod, then rotate it 90 degrees to install the other slider, and finally rotate it back to the correct position.
