【Help】Layer oil quality issue

This is a boiler feed pump at my workplace. The oil sight glass in the bearing chamber appears to contain water, but no water is found during weekly drain operations, and the issue persists even after the oil has been replaced. Other identical standby pumps do not have this issue. Let that teacher come and answer it. I am extremely grateful.
Our device has the same issue; replacement doesn’t work either. Later, the system was switched to the backup pump; the remaining oil was drained. The shaft was rotated while the bearing housing was rinsed with gasoline. After cleaning, it was dried with clean air and then filled with new oil.
