Where does the condensate water from the shaft seal extraction of the back-pressure steam turbine in your unit go?
It goes straight into the floor drain. There’s an idea: add a condensate tank and another pump to pressurize the liquid and send it to the heat-electric boiler for reuse.
We first go to the hot well, and from there the steam is sent to the boiler to be generated again
The idea is good, but it needs to be dealt with first before returning to the boiler, such as deoxygenation
Air-cooled island – collection tank – heat well – condensate pump – boiler desalinated water
A multi-stage water seal device is installed; the condensate from the shaft seal steam extractor is discharged to the drain tank through these multiple stages of water seals.
Returning it directly to the boiler is risky; it’s better to remove oil and iron first!
If the installation of the oil-iron COD online measurement system is successful, the water obtained can be used as boiler feedwater. The quality of the condensate is very high.
