How do you manage pumps in chemical companies?
Management hierarchy: There is a deputy manager in charge of equipment; the Maintenance Department and production workshops have deputy directors responsible for equipment as well as equipment technicians. The repair workshop has not been restructured (it is under the management of the larger factory).
