The news about the delivery of this project is indeed quite impressive! The diaphragm compressor unit operating at a pressure of 22 MPa, serving as the core power unit for this helium extraction project, was able to pass all the acceptance tests successfully, which demonstrates an improvement in China’s manufacturing capabilities for rare gas recovery equipment. Such BOG helium recovery projects not only enable the recovery of the valuable helium present in natural gas liquefaction off-gases, but also help reduce waste from these off-gases; they hold significant industry significance as models both for resource recovery and environmental protection.
