After the repair of a submersible pump in the company, it was tested during operation; after it stopped, it started rotating in reverse (at a very slow speed). At first, it was thought that the outlet check valve was damaged, causing the medium to flow back. So, the outlet valve was closed or reversed; there was suspicion that the outlet valve was faulty, but no issues were found after inspection. Open the outlet discharge valve (the outlet valve was closed); no fluid flows out (pipeline fluid backflow is ruled out). Hold the coupling with your hand to stop the pump from rotating in reverse; once you release it, it starts rotating in reverse again, and keeps doing so without stopping. I was wondering if anyone has encountered this problem?

If it is in the experimental position, will the power-off cut-off device still rotate? Turn off the power and the fluid supply separately before draining.

Has it become a perpetual motion machine? The cable connection terminals are removed to achieve a complete disconnect. The valve disconnect flange is fitted with a blind plate. By doing this, it will still rotate, and then you can release the news – it’s bound to become popular. Just work as a platform attendant; the ticket money will cover all your expenses,,,,.
This is why we can’t figure it out; we asked our electrical technician, and it’s impossible for this to happen with the motor. Now it can only be suspected that the outlet valve is broken and the drain valve is clogged.
That is to say, you haven’t completely cut off the power supply. The valves also weren’t clogged up with blind plates. If one phase of the motor is not disconnected and a certain winding of the motor is grounded, this is likely the phenomenon that occurs. This phenomenon can also occur if there is internal leakage in the valves due to process issues.
