Here, we carry out separate replacement for the first and second stages of the compressor; the first stage passed the test, but the second stage did not. It’s likely not a problem with the purity of the gas used for replacement
Pressurize the system with nitrogen; once the pressure reaches a certain level, shut it off. Then discharge several times from the ends, blind spots, etc., until the pressure drops to the lowest level. Test the combustible gas content again after several replacements.
It’s still because the dead corner hasn’t been fully replaced. It is recommended that the poster use nitrogen under certain pressure to carry out continuous displacement along the process for a period of time first, before increasing the pressure for further displacement.
