Selection issues for scraper-type thin-film evaporators

As the title suggests, I’m seeking advice from experts. The size of a commonly used SS304 scraper-type thin-film evaporator is determined based on the properties of the material, the amount of material to be distilled, as well as the concentration and temperature at the inlet and outlet. How is this calculation carried out? How are the vapor port, cleaning liquid port, discharge port, and jacket medium port of a thin-film evaporator selected? Can the gas-phase port directly determine the selection of the condenser?
Provide the physical property parameters to the manufacturer, who will then recommend an evaporator with a certain heat exchange area; based on that area, a vertical heat exchanger of appropriate size can be selected. Our company has just purchased a heat exchanger
All the gas nozzles we have used are of DN250 PN1.6MPa; the feed nozzles and steam nozzles are sized at 50. These were manufactured according to our requirements
