How should the hydrogen in the hydrogenation unit’s cycle hydrogen compressor be replaced before maintenance, and to what extent needs to it be replaced before starting the maintenance?

The recycle hydrogen compressor in the hydrogenation unit uses high-pressure valves for its inlet and outlet. It is not possible to install blind plates. How do you guys proceed with the replacement process? At what level of hydrogen sulfide concentration does maintenance begin, and how is safety ensured during maintenance?
A high-pressure valve is also a type of valve, and it’s connected via flanges, right? In that case, a blind plate can be used to ensure complete isolation and prevent air leakage from the valve. The replacement plant definitely uses its own nitrogen. Because of the low explosion limit of hydrogen, the acceptable hydrogen concentration for displacement testing is below 0.2
Find a way for this process; all you need is to have the conditions for maintenance. Can’t a blind plate be installed on a high-pressure valve? Don’t compressors have flanges at their inlet and outlet? . . .
