For a newly installed centrifugal compressor, after the individual testing of the motor is completed and the magnetic centerline has been calibrated, how long does it take to achieve precise alignment?
If it’s just alignment and adjustment, one day should be sufficient, but if problems arise during the process and stress-free piping is required before making further adjustments, plus the time needed to install the couplings, it’s hard to say
Precise alignment was already performed during installation; if the inspection is successful, there’s no issue. It takes 1 day to open and review it at this time. If there are problems, it’s hard to say.
