Can it be determined from the outside whether the quick-close valve is open or closed?
Generally, there will be an indicator rod on the side, or there will be contact points that indicate whether the switch is in the closed or open position where the switch signal is connected. Pay attention to the moving parts during switching and note their positions; you’ll know what to do next time. Different manufacturers may have slight differences in appearance, so it’s best to observe them yourself
They are usually equipped with a response indicator, and new valves definitely have one!
In the diagram, SV1251/1252 represent the two quick-close valves; as shown, they are in the open state.
There is a feedback signal indoors, and the contacts can be seen at the outdoor site

Yes. Following the direction indicated in the picture, the one on the left is the closed signal contact, while the one on the right is the open signal contact.
