Layout relationship between storage tanks and pumps

What should be the layout relationship between the storage tank and the pump? As shown in the figure below, does the drawing provided by the design institute align the center of the centrifugal pump’s outlet with the center of the storage tank? Is this reasonable? How should it be arranged? How should it be drawn? (The design institute’s intention in the diagram seems to be that the motor of the centrifugal pump is on the right, right?) ）
It must comply with the equipment layout specifications and be convenient for piping installation!

If it are materials of categories A, B, or C, then your layout is problematic; it should be arranged separately from the tanks. For other types, there’s no major issue with discharge pumps; for loading pumps, turning them 90 degrees eliminates the need for an extra elbow.
The tank area and the pump area must be separated! Moreover, the tank area also needs to be enclosed with fences for separation
