Breakage of the valve disc in the reciprocating combined valve

Dear experts: I have a question. The combined valve of my compressor uses spring plates, and the longest service life of these spring plates is around 500 hours, while the shortest is just 12 hours before they fail. The material of these spring plates is 3Cr13. I would like to know if this material is appropriate for valve spring plates. The inlet pressure of this valve is 3.6 MPa, and the outlet pressure is 8.0 MPa. Or could it be due to inadequate heat treatment during the processing of that spring sheet?
Material issues are one aspect; there may also be problems with the operation, such as whether the cooling system and buffering system are functioning properly.
