I had a dispute with Siemens’ after-sales service; does anyone know where I can buy the specialized tools and accessories? Bearings, gas seals, oil seals, as well as impeller disassembly and assembly tools
Buying the equipment means getting on a ship run by thieves. This can only be dealt with through complaints and negative publicity.
The equipment we purchased came with mismatched tools, which is really frustrating

I don’t know how special the specialized tools for that multi-axis compressor are. Conduct one’s own surveying and mapping or design, then find a machining factory to carry out the processing.

You can just do the surveying and mapping by yourself; it’s not that troublesome
Find manufacturers with the same engine type, conduct surveys and measurements, or borrow one
