It exhibits very regular fluctuations in the later stage, with the maximum vibration reaching 50um
Are there fluctuations in the process? It cannot be considered solely from the perspective of equipment
Is it just vibration of the motor shaft? How about the vibration of the unit itself?
Fine-tuning the process parameters to avoid resonance might yield some effect
