The oil cooler in the blower’s oil station isn’t leaking, but the oil level in the tank has decreased – it’s confusing. Is there anyone who can give some guidance?
I don’t know what your blower looks like. The guess is provided for reference only. There are the following possibilities: the gas station is equipped with a smoke extractor, the negative pressure in the fuel tank is too high, and the oil may flow out through the exhaust duct. Check whether the oil dripping from the smoke exhaust pipe has increased ； The sealing issue at the dynamic seal where the support bearing housing meets the volute allowed oil to enter the volute. It is necessary to check whether oil is leaking from the relief valve at the bottom of the volute, or to analyze the oil content in the gas. Check whether there are any leaks at the bottom of the fuel tank; however, to check for leaks in the fuel cooler, it is more reliable to examine the return water tank. It’s not very obvious when looking at the return pipe. But the problem is that oil cooling is still very likely to be the issue.
It may leak into the bearing housing or be discharged through the shaft seal; this depends on the specific design
