The 4M32 hydrogen compressor is a type M symmetrically balanced compressor featuring 3 stages of compression and oil-free lubrication for its cylinders. Inlet pressure: 0.6/1.49/4.43 MPa (G); outlet pressure: 1.49/3.43/7.36 MPa (G). Displacement: 10,930 Nm3 per revolution. Currently, the main bearing shells in Row 1 (φ240) are being inspected for localized peeling of the alloy layer; the lubrication film is intact. Is this a problem related to the configuration of the fake cylinders in Row 1?
It would be best to send a video for easier discussion. If the \"bearing bush alloy layer peels off\", it may be a quality issue. But as for what happens with the shedding, one can only guess. For reference.
(1) It is related to the primary dummy cylinder; the original design aimed for symmetry and balance, with two columns of primary cylinders intended. In practice, only one was used, while the other was a dummy cylinder that did not provide any balancing effect. It is necessary to calculate whether the balancing force still meets the requirements; if not, it will have a significant impact. (2) Defects may also exist in the original machining of the bearing shells. (3) Check whether the data such as the clearance of the central shaft bearing shells, the tightening force on the back of the shells, and the contact area are within the specified ranges.
